Senior Structural Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Structural Engineer to deliver practical, safe, and cost-efficient structural designs and provide strong technical support during construction. This role requires a hands-on mindset, fast decision-making, and close coordination with design and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and review structural analysis and design for villas, residential, and commercial projects.
• Prepare and check structural calculations (reinforced concrete & steel).
• Ensure structural designs are buildable, efficient, and cost-optimized.
• Coordinate with Architecture, MEP, QS, and Construction teams.
• Provide direct technical support to site teams.
• Review and approve:
  Structural shop drawings
  Material submissions
  Method statements
• Resolve structural issues promptly to support fast construction progress.
• Ensure compliance with SNI and applicable standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3-7 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Experience in developer or main contractor environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of site execution and construction methods.
• Proficient in:
  ETABS / SAP2000 / SAFE
  AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Able to work under tight deadlines and fast-paced projects.
• SKK/SKA is an advantage (not mandatory).

Salary Range

(depending on experience and project exposure)
