About the Role

As Finance & Administration Executive, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the financial health and sustainable growth of the company. You’ll oversee all financial operations — from budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to investor relations and regulatory compliance — while collaborating closely with the executive team, project managers, and external partners.

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on financial management, as you’ll be directly involved in shaping funding strategies, supporting project development cycles, and managing investment performance across our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and cash flow management.
  • Develop and implement robust financial systems, policies, and internal controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, management reports, and performance dashboards for executive review and investor communication.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and strategies to optimize profitability and cash flow.
  • Manage project-based financial planning and ensure financial alignment with development timelines and funding structures.
  • Oversee investor relations, including reporting, capital flow management, and due diligence documentation.
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and real estate investment laws.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, financial institutions, and legal teams to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as fundraising, new project feasibility analysis, and corporate structuring.
  • Mentor and lead the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy, ethics, and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CA, CFA) are a plus.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial or Head/Controller position, preferably in real estate, property development, or investment sectors.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, project financing, cash flow management, and investment analysis.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian taxation, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-project financial operations and align budgets with development pipelines.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail and integrity.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in financial reporting tools, ERP systems, and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or similar).
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
  • Based in Bali or willing to relocate is highly preferred.
