INVESTLAND BALI was established with the aim of organizing secure and transparent investments in residential and commercial buildings in Indonesia. We develop villas, apartment buildings, hotels, and various commercial properties. Our international team primarily advocates the interests of the investor, focusing on professional investment management to thereby increase the value of real estate properties.

We consider it important to offer our clients convenient full service. We stand by our customers from the conception of an idea to its execution. Our Story

Founded by Estonian entrepreneurs Kristjan Ploompuu and Oliver Heliste, Investland Bali began with a simple belief: investing in Bali should be profitable, legal, and enjoyable — not confusing or risky.

With a background in real estate, finance, and international leadership, Kristjan teamed up with long-time Bali resident and investment expert Oliver Heliste to build something more than just villas. Together, they created a structure where investors are guided, supported, and protected — while their property dreams come to life.

What started with a few plots and a vision has grown into an ecosystem of over 60+ units developed, multiple sold-out off-plan projects, and clients from more than 15 countries.

Oliver Heliste

Oliver, who has lived in Bali for a decade, has over time established important local contacts and gained a thorough understanding of Bali’s real estate market and business culture.

Kristjan Ploompuu

Kristjan has 15 years of experience in real estate, investment consulting, and management both in Europe and Asia, including working in several leading positions in one of the largest Estonian real estate companies.
